• Any activity that is illegal under Nigerian or international law

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

• Virtual numbers that did not receive an expected SMS
• Social growth services affected by platform algorithm changes
• Account suspensions caused by misuse

5. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• 100% delivery of SMS/OTP to all platforms
• Permanence of social media followers, likes, or views
• Compatibility with services that block virtual numbers

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or refund, if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bitro360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
